Do I own the illustrations I create?
Yes. Images you generate are yours to use and you retain full ownership.
Can Natomy produce animated videos?
Yes. In addition to illustrations, Natomy generates medical animations up to 30 seconds based on images that you give the AI model.
How much does this cost compared to a medical illustrator?

What is the output image resolution?
All Natomy-generated illustrations are exported at 2K resolution — suitable for demand packages, mediation binders, and courtroom display boards. For even higher resolution, please reach out to us.
How are credits counted?
Generating an illustration uses one credit, whether you upload an image or use our text-to-image feature. Edits are free, so you can refine an exhibit as many times as you like. Separating an illustration into layers uses 2 credits. For video, each second uses one credit, so a 10 second video costs 10 credits. Downloads are always free.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from the generate page. Click your avatar in the top right, then click "Manage subscription" to access the billing portal where you can cancel your subscription. Please note that the Manage Subscription button is only visible if you have an active subscription. You can also contact us through the chat widget in the bottom right corner and we can cancel your subscription for you.
I've run out of my credits for the month, how do I get more?
If you are on a subscription plan, you can purchase 100 more credits for $20. This option is only visible if you have an active subscription.
What type of content is prohibited?
Any content that features male or female nudity/genitalia is prohibited.
