Natomy ("we", "us", or "our") operates natomy.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your email address when you create an account, images you upload to generate illustrations, the text prompts you write, and billing information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment details. We also keep the illustrations we generate for you and a history of your generations so you can return to them in your account.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our service, process transactions, send account-related communications, and respond to your requests.

Data Storage and Security

All data and images you upload are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. We do not use your personal information or any patient information contained in your uploads to train our models or any third party's models.

Using Natomy in ChatGPT

You can connect your Natomy account to ChatGPT and ask ChatGPT to create medical illustrations. When you connect, you sign in to Natomy and approve the connection on our consent page. ChatGPT then receives a token that lets it act on your Natomy account for this purpose only. We do not receive your ChatGPT password or your ChatGPT account details.

When ChatGPT uses Natomy, we receive only what is needed to make the illustration: the text of your request and the image size. We do not receive the rest of your ChatGPT conversation, your chat history, or files you share with ChatGPT. Each illustration is saved to your Natomy history, uses one credit from your account, and is processed in the same way as illustrations you create on natomy.com.

Please do not include patient names, dates of birth, record numbers, or other information that identifies a patient in your requests. Describe only the anatomy, injury, or procedure you want drawn.

You can disconnect Natomy at any time in ChatGPT's settings, which stops ChatGPT from accessing your Natomy account. OpenAI's handling of your ChatGPT conversations is governed by OpenAI's own privacy policy.

Data Retention

We keep your account information, prompts, uploaded images, and generated illustrations until you ask us to delete them, so you can always return to your history. To have your account or specific content deleted, contact us and we will delete it. Access granted to ChatGPT ends when you disconnect Natomy in ChatGPT or when we revoke the connection.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us. We will respond to your request promptly. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Crisp (support chat), Loops (account emails), and Langfuse (service monitoring). To generate illustrations and videos, your prompts and images are sent to AI model providers, including Google, OpenAI, fal.ai, and Replicate, which process them to return a result.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
