Terms of Service

By accessing or using Natomy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Use of the Service

You may use Natomy to generate medical illustrations and videos for personal, educational, commercial and professional purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any image or other content you upload.

AI-Generated Content

Outputs are produced using AI models (including image and video generation models operated by our infrastructure providers). AI-generated content may at times be inaccurate, anatomically imprecise, or unexpected, and automated content filtering may not catch every objectionable result. Please check your outputs for accuracy before relying on, publishing, or distributing them. You are solely responsible for that review and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law.

Ownership of Outputs

You retain full ownership of the illustrations and videos you generate using Natomy. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your outputs. This does not affect any rights third parties may have in images you upload without authorization.

Commercial Use of Outputs

You are authorized to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and modify images and videos generated through Natomy for commercial and educational purposes, including in textbooks, academic publications, presentations, websites, and related materials. Natomy does not impose any ownership or copyright restriction that would prohibit you from using generated outputs in a textbook or other publication.

Outputs are generated in response to user instructions using artificial-intelligence systems and are not intentionally created as reproductions of any specific third-party copyrighted illustration, artwork, or textbook figure. As with other visual material prepared for publication, publishers may apply their ordinary editorial review procedures prior to publication.

Image Security and Data Use

Images you upload and generate are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not use your personal information or any patient information contained in your uploads to train our models or any third party's models.

Credits and Billing

Credits are consumed upon each generation of images and videos. Credits are not consumed for edits. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over. One-time credit packs do not expire. We will not increase pricing for customers once they are already subscribed to a tier.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• generate content that is illegal, defamatory, deceptive, or intended to harm, harass, or exploit others;
• generate sexually explicit content involving minors, or any non-consensual intimate imagery of real people;
• impersonate real individuals or infringe a third party's intellectual property, likeness, or publicity rights;
• use the Service to generate medical advice presented as a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.

We may review, remove, or refuse to generate content, and may suspend or terminate accounts, at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these above prohibited use cases. We will send you a written statement before any suspension. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of already-consumed credits.

Disclaimer

Natomy-generated illustrations and videos do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

Natomy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on generated outputs.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Natomy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, content you upload, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
